There's a difference between being tough and being strong.  It takes strength to ask for help. Being strong is often about being vulnerable and willing to make changes.

Yet sometimes, when life is hard, we get tough.  There are difficult decisions to make or things don't seem quite right.  Sometimes awful things happen.  Or we want to make changes, but get overwhelmed. So we avoid or toughen up--which can make life even harder.
